Thank you for shopping at Zorarte! We aim to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 15 calendar days

 from the delivery date to return an item.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, clearance items, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

Initiating a Return: To start a return, email our customer support team at returns@zorarte.com

 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Approval of Return: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and respond with approval or denial within 3 business days.

Return Shipping: If the return is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 calendar days

 of delivery at support@zorarte.com

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or beyond the 15-day return window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@zorarte.com.

Digital Products Return Policy

All sales of digital products are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any digital products purchased through Zorarte Store.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not defective or damaged.
